ABOUT me

Born and raised in Houston, Texas Matthew brings energy and creativity in everything he does. Moving away from the norm and following a path that felt right to him led to fitness and nutrition. Having been on the opposite side of the health spectrum, Matthew realized the power of proper nutrition & exercise - not just on body composition. "I think the bigger picture is your mental health. When you eat better, you feel better and when you feel better you react better with and towards those around you."

Matthew finds joy in working with companies to improve the health of their staff and individuals with his extensive online coaching programs.
